Garrett Wilson... First Coyote to Play in the NHL!
SUNRISE, Fla. – Florida Panthers Executive Vice President and General Manager Dale Tallon announced today that LW Garrett Wilson has been recalled from the San Antonio Rampage (AHL).Wilson, 23, has appeared in 60 games for San Antonio this season, collecting 24 points (12-12-24) and 45 penalty minutes. He has played in 97 career AHL games over three seasons with the Rampage (2011-14), recording 30 points (16-14-30) and 66 penalty minutes. Wilson has yet to appear in an NHL game.The Elmvale, ON native was selected by the Panthers in the fourth round (107th overall) of the 2009 NHL Entry Draft.
