Online Registration Now Open
Welcome to the 2021/2022 Hockey Season!
Elmvale Minor Hockey Association(EMHA) has now opened online registration for the 2020-2021 hockey season!

All players who are interested in playing with EMHA in the 2021-2022 season need to register online (using the link below).

Players interested in A, AA, or AAA
Players that are hoping to play A, AA, or AAA also need to go online and register with EMHA (their home center).  We are awaiting more information from OMHA about Permission To Skates and NRP's, but at this time everyone needs to register with their home centers first.  If this situation applies to you, please select to pay a one-time payment in full and select ‘cheque’ or ‘e-transfer’ so that you will not be charged any fees at this time.  Please share this information with anyone you know who is in this situation.

2021-22 Registration Fees
Preschool (born 2017) - $250
U7 (born 2015 and 2016) - $500
U9 (born 2013 and 2014) - $800
U11 (born 2011 and 2012), U13 (born 2009 and 2010), U15 (born 2007 and 2008), U18 - Midget (born 2006, 2005, and 2004) - $850
Tryout Fees - $75 (This fee will not be added to your online registration.  All tryout fees need to be e-transferred to [email protected] upon completion of registration)
Rep Fees - $175 (This fee will be collected after Rep and AE teams have been selected)
$100/family is also required to cover the cost of the calendars for our fundraising efforts this year.

Payment Options
Etransfers will once again be available this year and will be our preferred payment option in order to reduce administrative costs.  If you choose etransfer, please ensure that you add all of your players' names in the notes during the etransfer so that we can track payments.  Families will also have the option of paying by credit card at the time of registration online.  If paying by etransfer, payment can be made in full at any time from the time of registration until September 15th or you can pay in 4 installments (25% at the time of registration, July 15, August 15, and September 15).  Credit card payment can be made in 4 installments (25% at the time of registration, July 15, August 15, and September 15).

To complete the online registration process, click on the link at the bottom of this page  which will take you to the EMHA Online Registration page on the Hockey Canada Registry (HCR) website.  ***All families will be required to ‘SIGN UP’ rather than clicking ‘sign in’.  Because Hockey Canada has moved to this new registration platform, no emails and/or passwords were merged over from the previous registration system for privacy protection.  You will be asked to enter your email and create a password. ***  Once you have ‘signed up’, you will be able to access your players profile by using their name and birthdate.  If you have not registered your child in HCR in the past, you will need to create an account in HCR  before you can register.  In order to complete your registration you will need to select a method of payment and go through the checkout process.

-  All new registrants must send a copy of the player’s birth certificate and a copy of a parent’s driver’s license to [email protected] .  Your registration is not complete until the registrar has received both documents.
-  All current members who have moved within the last season must provide a copy of a parent’s driver’s license.
-  If you are new to the area and your child has played previously for a different association, you will need to fill out an OMHA Residential Move Form

***ALL registrations must be received by August 15th.  While we are hoping for a regular hockey season in the fall, due to Covid-19 and the restrictions that might be imposed with regards to number of participants, all registrations are time-stamped and available spots will be offered on a first-come, first serve basis***

The cut off date for registered players to submit full payment will be September 15th.  If payment is not received by this time the spot will be given to someone on the waiting list.

Volunteering
During the 2021-2022 season, each EMHA family will be required to complete volunteer hours which will be approximately 10 hours.  Due to the uncertainty of things at this time, we do not have a list of available volunteer options, but the volunteer manager will be in contact with you in the fall.  Families who would prefer not to volunteer have the option of buying out for $150.  When registering you will be asked if you would prefer to buyout of the volunteer commitment.

Fundraising
This season EMHA is continuing with their Fundraiser Calendar worth $10 000 of prizes.  For the months of January, February and March of 2022 calendar owners will have the opportunity to win a share of the $10 000.  Each family will be required to purchase 5 $20 calendars.   (This fee will not be added to your online registration.  All calendar fees need to be e-transferred to [email protected] in order to complete your registration).

Late Fees and Refunds

Up to September 30th - 90%
