Diamond Head Sprinklers Inc. Novice LL2 Update
It has been a fantastic and fun season for the Diamond Head
Sprinklers Inc. Novice Local League 2 team. In November, the team travelled
to Monkton, Ontario in style, sporting new Diamond Head Sprinklers duffle bags
and hats. The players showed their
skills and worked hard during the two day tournament to make it to the championship
game. It was an exciting game and the
fans were on their feet until the end when the Elmvale team lost in an overtime
shootout.
All the players have shown amazing improvement throughout the season and the team has started out the first round of Georgian Bay Playoffs with an impressive 4 wins, 1 tie and 1 loss.
The players would like to extend a big shout out to Sean Pratt for stepping up to be the team goalie and helping the team start out the playoff season so strong. A big thank you to the great coaching staff of Tom Hesch, Brent Preston, Todd Smith and Tim Hesch, who always make sure that everyone has fun and plays their best.
