Novice Rep Suffers First Loss
After a great 7-0 start to the season the Novice Rep Coyotes ran into a solid Collingwood team who would take 3 points from Elmvale in a home and home 2 game series.
On Sunday in Elmvale Collingwood was able to come back from a 4-3 deficit to tie the game in the middle of the 3rd and in doing so would take the 1st point the Coyotes have given up this year.
Collingwood would follow that up on Tuesday with a dominating effort that left Elmvale in the loss column for the 1st time this year. The final score of 2-1 is flattering to the Coyotes who were outplayed most of the game.
The Coyotes hope to get back on track this weekend as they travel to Huntsville to participate in their 1st tournament of the year. Games against Caledonia on Friday, then East Nipissing & Midland on Saturday will determine their fate for an opportunity to contend for the Championship on Sunday.
