GM Hockey Helmet Program For Five Year Olds
General Motors is once again offering their Hockey Helmet Program. This means that ANY player that is registered with Elmvale Minor Hockey AND is born in 2008 can get a free hockey helmet from Bauer and GM through this program.

Chevrolet Safe & Fun Hockey Program

No one’s more excited about fall than kids lacing up their ice-skates for the first time. Hockey gives kids an opportunity to have fun and learn about teamwork, a positive attitude and dedication to practice. However, as a parent, you may share your child’s excitement and still be a little anxious about his or her safety. That’s why the Chevrolet Hockey Helmet program is here.

Parents must complete the registration process and then bring the following documentation to their preferred Chevrolet dealer.
· A printout of the registration page,
· Your child’s birth certificate/passport or other provincial/federal documentation that states his or her age,
· Proof of registration with a Canadian minor hockey association in this current hockey season.

The Chevrolet dealership will validate the documents and give you a voucher to be redeemed at any Forzani’s store (ie. Sportchek) for a free Bauer youth hockey helmet. Parents must register their child. Coaches, managers or team officials may not register their team.

The Chevrolet Safe and Fun Hockey program is here to help parents, coaches and players have a proactive attitude towards safety, and a positive one towards competition, teamwork, fair play and grace under pressure. For more information, please visit the Chevrolet Safe & Fun Hockey Program website.
