$100 per family will also need to be added when payment is submitted to cover the cost of the calendars for our fundraising efforts this year.

Etransfers are available this year and will be our preferred payment option.  Etransfers can be sent to [email protected]  Please ensure you add all of your players names in the notes during the etransfer so that we an track payments.

If members need to pay by cash or cheque, Sherry Hall (Registrar) will be available during the awards ceremonies at the Ball Diamond on September 15th and 16th.  This will be the only time to submit cash or cheques.  Due to our new system this year, as well as high administrative costs, credit cards are not available at this time.

The cut off date for pre-registered players to submit payment will be
September 16th.  If payment is not received by this time the spot will be given to someone on the waiting list.

To complete the online registration process, click on the link at the bottom of this page which will take you to the EMHA Online Registration page on the Hockey Canada Registry (HCR) website and follow the instructions there.  Most families will need to create an account in HCR and once you do you will be able to access your players profile by using their name and birthdate.  In order to complete your registration you will need to select a method of payment (you will be able to change your method of payment when we begin collecting registration fees) and go through the checkout process; however, this will not involve an actual payment.  We are not accepting payments at this time.

  • All new registrants must send a copy of the player’s birth certificate and a copy of a parent’s driver’s license to [email protected] .  Your registration is not complete until the registrar has received both documents.
  • All current members who have moved within the last season must provide a copy of a parent’s driver’s license.
  • If you are new to the area and your child has played previously for a different association, you will need to fill out an OMHA Residential Move Form

Volunteering:
During the 2020-2021 season, each EMHA family will be required to complete volunteer hours which will be approximately 6-10 hours.  Due to the uncertainty of things at this time, we do not have a list of available volunteer options, but the volunteer manager will be in contact with you in the fall.  Families will still be required to provide a bond payment of $200.  If you would prefer not to volunteer you have the option of buying out for $200.

Fundraising:
This season EMHA is continuing with their Fundraiser Calendar worth $10 000 of prizes.  For the months of January, February and March of 2021 calendar owners will have the opportunity to win a share of the $10 000.  Each family will be required to purchase 5 $20 calendars.

Financial Assistance:
Subsidy for hockey fees may be available through the Canadian Tire Jumpstart Program, the YMCA Healthstart Program or local Service Clubs.  It is your responsibility to apply to these programs and to inform the registrar of your intent to do so and of acceptance.

Some divisions have now reached the maximum number of players that we can accept at this time.  If you try to register and get a message that registration is now full, please email [email protected] with your player's name, date of birth, and address to be added to the wait list.  If spaces open up, you will be contacted via email immediately.
