The AGM is is coming up on May 6th at 10:00am upstairs at the arena.
Nominations are now being accepted for the following positions:
President (2 Year Term)
Local League Director (2 Year Term)
Technical Director (2 Year Term)
Referee In Chief (2 Year Term)
Sponsorship Director (2 Year Term)
Treasurer (2 Year Term)
Tournament Director (2 Year Term)
Fundraising Director (1 Year Term)
Nominations will be accepted via email ([email protected]) until April 30th after which members can be nominated at the AGM only.
Members nominated will need to be in attendance at the AGM in order to accept nomination. If member nominated will not be in attendance they can accept their nomination via email in advance of the meeting ([email protected]). The deadline for accepting nominations via email is also Apr 30th.
It is best practice to talk to the member you wish to nominate in advance so they have time to consider the opportunity, so any research they deem necessary and ensure their attendance at the AGM or other means of accepting nomination.
