The 30-30 challenge is a program designed by the OMHA to increase agility, balance, and coordination (We will be doing the 11 and over program).  Players will be expected to hand in their tracking sheets at the 1st tryout on Sep 5th.  Players should endeavor to complete the challenge at least 2 times per week for at least 4 weeks leading up to tryouts.

Players will also be expected to complete 2km runs during tryouts so players are encouraged to build their running endurance over the next month as well.

If completed on the same night the activities should take less than 30 minutes and you are encouraged to get together with others in your same town and complete together.
