Hockey Unites!
Submitted By Angela Birch on Wednesday, January 22, 2020
Congratulations to our Bantam Euro team who represented Elmvale so well when they traveled to Europe over the Christmas holidays!  The amazing experience was a once in a lifetime opportunity that did not go unnoticed.  EMHA received the following email from a family who had a similar opportunity several years ago.  We are truly lucky to be a part of the wider hockey community!

Hi there

Just wanted to wish the boys all the best of luck on their Euro Tour!  We just saw them while watching the Canadian Juniors and they all look to be having a fabulous time!  We had to google where the team was from!

As former hockey parents we travelled to Sweden when our oldest son was 14 and they had the absolute best time.  At 26 he remembers it like yesterday as do we!

Congratulations and well done to your hockey association, parents and community members who provided this once in a lifetime opportunity to the team!

Best of luck to them and we shall cheer for them!
