Junior Permission To Skate Forms
Any players who are interested in attending a Junior Hockey Tryout Camp can email
[email protected] to obtain a permission to skate.
When emailing the registrar, please include the following information:
- Player Name
- Date of Birth
- Previous Season Team
- The name of the team that you are interested in trying out for

Prior to obtaining a permission to skate, all players must be registered (no payment required) with EMHA. Please follow the link found on the registration tab on our website to register.
