If you have registered to play for the upcoming season, payment is being collected until Wednesday, September 16th.Payment is being collected in 2 sessions this year: October-December and January-March. The first payment is due by September 16th and the second will be collected sometime in December. We are asking that families only pay for session 1 at this time please.
Here is a breakdown of the payment:
U7 - Session 1 $300 and Session 2 $200
U8 and U9 Session 1 $375 and Session 2 $275
U11, U13, U15, and U18 - Session 1 $375 and Session 2 $300
$100 per family is also required when payment 1 is submitted to cover the cost of the calendars for our fundraising efforts this year.
Etransfers are available this year and will be our preferred payment option. Etransfers can be sent to [email protected]. Please ensure you add all your players names in the notes section during the etransfer so that we can track payments.
If members need to do cash or cheques Sherry Hall (Registrar) will be available during the awards ceremonies at the Ball Diamond on September 15 and 16. She will set herself up at a table around the park. This will be the only time to submit cash or cheques. Due to our new system this year ,as well as high administrative costs, credit cards will not be available.
The cut off date for pre-registered players to submit payment will be September 16th . If payment is not received by this time the spot will be given to someone on the waiting list.
