Session Two Update
Submitted By Sherry Hall on Sat 12 19, 20
The executive has reviewed the current guidelines and formulated a program plan to present to you for our next session. As always we will adjust our plan as the COVID regulations change throughout the rest of the season.

Programming Plan:
Programming will be for 10 weeks.  The session is planned to run from January 4 to March 14th, 2021.  Programming will only be skills and drills as scrimmages/games are not allowed under the current guidelines. They could resume if zones change.  Players will be tiered and grouped by the coaches to allow for competitive training. Only 10 players and 2 coaching staff only are allowed in the arena at a time.  Ice times will be 1 hour/week of skill training.  A second hour per week may be allotted based on number of registrants and players requesting that as an option.

Costs:
1 hour/week of skill training will be $175.00.
2 hours/week of skill training will be an additional $125.00.
The availability of the second hour per week will depend on ice availability and on the number of registered players. The second hour per week will be dependent upon ice availability and number of registered players, therefore, you can only confirm your request for the second hour with payment and it will be based on first come first serve.  Those who have already paid the $300.00 will automatically be considered to have requested a second hour per week unless you notify Sherry Hall at [email protected] and request only one session per week. At that point, a refund will be sent.

If you have not paid yet please send your payments via etransfer to [email protected]. Please include your child's name in the message section of the etransfer to help us identify each player and coordinate payments.   Payment is the only way to confirm your space.

All payments are due by December 21st so that groups can be organized, website changed, and Springwater can be notified of our desire to continue with our programming . If you have already paid but now want to withdraw entirely, please notify Sherry Hall and a refund will be arranged.

Goalies:
We are trying to evaluate what is best for this group . We can either do goalie skill sessions that would include just the goalies but would be all age groups (up to 10 people) or we can leave the goalies with their age groups and work their training into the skills provided during the sessions. We are asking for goalies and their parents to  email Tina Robertson ([email protected]) and let her know which they would prefer so that she can bring it to the next planning session.

Calendars Stubs and Apparel:
If you have not been able to drop your calendar stubs off at the arena yet we are arranging a bin to be placed at Foodland. It should be in place sometime this weekend. Please make sure your stubs are in before the first big draw on January 1st.  Apparel is slowly arriving, sorry for the delay but it was out of our control.  Pickup of clothing can be done on Sunday at the arena between 4 and 5:00pm. If you cannot make this time, please contact Julie at [email protected] to make other arrangements to pick up your order (she lives in Wyevale). Masks have not arrived yet but are expected to be available by Tuesday .

Please note: After December 21st refunds will only be issued if our programming cannot continue due to government regulations (ie: grey zone/lockdown), and will be calculated on a prorated basis. We are also quite willing to adjust back to games if the zones go back to Orange . Currently during the Red Zone Springwater is requiring a gap between groups of 10 for cleaning purposes so ice times available are diminished. Our hope is to offer as much as we can to the membership and keep the players on the ice.

If you have any further questions please contact Tina Robertson.  We hope to see many of you in the New Year! Happy Holidays, Coyotes!
