Next Session Update/Lock Down
As most of you know the province has announced that we will be in Lock down as of Dec 26th for at least 28 days. In our previous email we outlined our plan for this situation and it will remain the same. We will still do our best to supply whatever kind of hockey we can.
We will continue with our skills and drills programming as soon as the province opens up again and do our best to fit in the 10 weeks. Springwater has indicated they are willing to stay open for all of March, and possibly later, to accommodate our needs as necessary. We will still need to know who is interested in participating in the next session and unfortunately we will need payment to confirm your spot.
I realize some of you may be apprehensive about paying for something that is not guaranteed but please be assured your fees will be returned if the lockdown is extended past the 28 days or prorated if we can offer a shorter program. Ice costs are our only expenditure going forward so refunds will be solely based on ice used.
The executive is meeting on December 22nd to confirm numbers and ice times needed and this cannot be extended. You will need to etransfer your payment by noon tomorrow so we can effectively meet in the evening . As an executive we are doing our best to keep the players involved and supplying something that will interest them in these difficult times. We truly appreciate each family's situations and feelings about going forward and will continue to do our best with what we are given.
Thank you,
Tina Robertson
