Elmvale Minor Hockey would like to invite you
to attend our Annual General Meeting.
The AGM is a great opportunity to learn more
about our association and have your voice heard! All members in good standing of EMHA are
invited to attend.

Attendees will have their name placed in a draw for a $300.00 credit towards
2023-2024 registration*** (5 attendees will be drawn and awarded at the
conclusion of the meeting)Must be
in attendance at AGM, 18 years of age or older and have a child registered in
EMHA -No cash
value ***
Please note the AGM will be streamed live online this year but those members watching will not be able to have a vote!

BY-LAWS – Procedure for Amendments
Procedure for any proposed changes to the
current By-Laws by the Association Members must be submitted in writing to the
Secretary 10 days prior to the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) scheduled for May
4th , 2023 for consideration at the
AGM. Deadline for submitting is Tuesday
April 25th, 2023

Any
proposed amendments to the By-Laws received will be made available on the EMHA
website 7 days prior to the AGM
