Another great season in the books for the U13LL 1.
The U13 LL1 team had a great season with contributions from every player on the ice. Our high flying forwards, consisting of Ethan #14, Jack #15, Brody #4, Matt #12, James #7, Carson #16, Lexi #10, Brayden #2 & our fantastic AP player Ray #6 , worked hard every shift, with every single player putting the puck in the net on numerous occasions!!
Our strong line of defence, led by Nick #5, and Reid #3, not to mention our "girl power" line of Grace #9, and Hudson #11, gave the competition fits everytime they tried to enter our zone. If they did happen to get past our D, Logan #31 was between the pipes to close the door!
The team wrapped up their season with a hard fought battle in the D division series, but came up just short. All the kids should be VERY proud of their season, as I know their Families & Coaches had a blast watching them all year & couldn't be prouder of their grit & determination all season long.
A huge " Thank you" to our terrific coaching staff, head coach Darren, his assistant coaches Jeremy & Barent and our trainers Shane & Steve. Your hard work with the kids both on & off the ice, did not go unnoticed by us Parents. Manager Mindy organized the team all year & did a fantastic job. Also a big thank you to Steelers restaurant for their sponsorship!
