Elmvale Minor Hockey would like to invite you to attend our Annual
General Meeting (AGM).
The
AGM is a great opportunity to learn more about our association and have your
voice heard! All members in good standing of EMHA are invited to attend.

Procedure for Amendments
Proposed amendments to the EMHA Bylaws must be received by the
Secretary by 6:00pm on April 22nd, 2025 for consideration at the
AGM. Our current Bylaws can be found on
our website at this link:

To submit proposed amendments please fill out the following form
which will automatically be sent to the Secretary.

Proposed amendments will be made available on the EMHA website 10
days prior to the AGM.
Executive Nominations
Nominations for open executive positions can be emailed directly
to LeAnne Dennis at [email protected] (Please
do not nominate anybody without discussing with them first). The deadline for emailed nominations is April
22nd, 2025. We will also take
nominations from the floor during the AGM.
The following positions are open for nominations:
- President
- Treasurer
- Director – Game Day Operations
- Director – Technical
- Director – Tournaments
- Director – Sponsorship & Publicity
- Director – Local League
