Telequip Midget AE get 1st Win
Midget AE team pull it together for first win of the season....

After a tough start against some strong competition, the Telequip Midget AE team pulled out their first victory of the season with an hard earned 3-2 win over Creemore.  

The 2nd game in a home and home series with the Hawks didn't prove as successful as the boys lost a penalty filled game 5-3 at the Creemore barn but you could see the team coming together.

Back on home ice the team played an excellent team game versus Flesherton.  Tied 2-2 heading into the 3rd, the Coyotes took a lead on an early power play goal.  The lead was short lived, however, as Elmvale got into penalty trouble of their own and ended up losing 5-3.  A tough loss after such a strong start but it showed just how much this team of mostly first year Midget players has improved since early October.

The team is heading to Tillsonburg next week to see how they stack up against South Western Ontario teams in the Bob Tansley Memorial Tournament.
