Bantam LL, U15, 2013-2014 (Elmvale Minor Hockey)

The Telequip Bantams began their playoff season last Friday.   They played 3 games in just 5 days. 

It was early evening when the Coyotes entered The Den preparing to surround the opposing team and ready to attack! The first period was fast and furious.  Penetang saw pressure like never before.  Eric Cote was letting no one by him, grinding into the boards and staying with his man at all cost.  Andrew Somervill, with his speed and size, quickly became a target for Penetang and took a nasty hit, putting Penetang in the box.  Giving the Coyotes the advantage.  Even with this, the period ended with no score.  

2nd Place Finish for the TELEQUIP Bantams! The Telequip Bantams travelled to Millbrook for their first tournament of the season. Game #1 was met with the Percy Bulldogs.  The Coyotes were hungry for the win.  They dominated the ice and the scoreboard.  Tyler Vos secured our win with minutes left, with a sweep empty net goal.  The end result was a 4-2 Win. Game #2 had a double Coyote match up, Elmvale Coyotes vs. Kawartha Coyotes.  Both teams undefeated and on the hunt for their next win.  It was a tight game, neither team giving into the other.  At the end of the 2nd Kawartha was up ...
