Competing against strong teams, the Coyotes showcased resilience throughout the weekend, earning a well-deserved spot in the championship game.

The Coyotes kicked off their tournament with an exciting opening game against the Strathroy Rockets. In a tightly contested match, Elmvale fought hard to keep up with the Rockets, ultimately finishing with a 2-2 tie. Despite not securing the win, the Coyotes’ effort was evident as they showed strong defensive play and quick transitions. In their second game of the tournament, the Coyotes faced off against the East Lambton Eagles. Despite their best efforts, the Coyotes were unable to overcome the Eagles, losing the game 2-1. The Coyotes battled throughout the game, but the Eagles' offensive pressure and solid goaltending proved too much to handle. Elmvale remained positive, using the loss as motivation to bounce back stronger in the upcoming games.

The Coyotes came back strong in their third game, taking on the host team, the Mid-Huron Huskies. With a focused mindset and a renewed sense of determination, Elmvale scored the go ahead goal with less than a minute remaining to earn a 3-2 victory. The Coyotes' balanced offensive attack, combined with strong defensive play, helped them secure the win and ensure their spot in the championship game. This performance demonstrated the team's resilience and commitment to fighting for every win.

In the highly anticipated championship game, the Coyotes once again faced the East Lambton Eagles.
