The 17/18 EMHA Registration will be handed out at the awards night, but is also available here.

This year there are a few changes as it relates to registration.
Timing
The first change is related to the dates. All registration dates are in May this year, which is earlier than in the past.
Dates:
Sat May 6th > After AGM - 2:00pm (Upstairs @ Arena)
Sat May 13th > 10:00am - 12:30pm (Library)
Wed May 17th > 7:00pm - 9:00pm (Library)
Late Registration
Any registrations (with the exception of new players) received after May 17th will be considered late. The late fee has been increased to $200 per family.
All late registrants will need to register in person at the late registration.

IP Programming
The 2017/2018 season will mark the 1st time our youngest players will have an option to skate once a week or twice a week. The once a week option will be held on Saturday afternoons (except when tournaments and other events make the ice unavailable). The twice a week option is same program as in the past.
Once a week cost will be $225
Twice a week cost will be $450

Volunteering
Two changes here.
1. The word approximately has been removed from the registration package. It now states that 'Each family will be expected to volunteer 15 hours'. Previously it stated approximately 15 hours.
2. New IP registrants will only be expected to complete half of the volunteer hours (8 Hours).
Refunds
No changes here just reminding everybody of the refund policy.
Up to September 30th > 90%
During month of October > 75%
During month of November > 50%
After November 30th > No refund
