Cross Ice Hockey
There has been a lot of information circulating relating to the cross ice mandate from Hockey Canada, the OHF, and OMHA.

The basics are simple.  Players aged 6 and under are no longer permitted to play full ice hockey.  It has also been conveyed to us that in the 2018/2019 year that will change to 7 years old and under.  So all our registered Tykes and below.

This year there was some confusion that related to a communication break down, but the implementation has moved forward nonetheless, and the EMHA has followed suit.

If you are interested in learning more about cross ice hockey and benefits there are many resources available.  A good place to start would be the OMHA site that posted a lot of information and videos.
