PeeWee LL1, U13, 2012-2013 (Elmvale Minor Hockey)

The Orr Lake Golf Club Peewee LL#1 Team traveled to Colborne on the February 2nd weekend to participate in the Colborne Rotary Club Peewee LL tournament.  The kids were excited for an away tournament and the obligatory hotel stay and pool fun! This one day tournament was going to prove to be a challenge for the team playing multiple games all in one day.  In the end they played 3 games in one day and still had energy for pizza and swimming after!

The Orr Lake Golf Club Peewee LL#1's season continues to improve as the team gels and puts forward a solid team effort. That teamwork and dedication is starting to show as the team notched a couple wins to improve their position in the standings.

The coaching staff of the Orr Lake Golf Club Peewee LL1 team have accepted the Movember Challenge!  The guys will be attempting to grow a better stache than some of the kids on the team.  It will be tough but they are up for the challenge!!

The Orr Lake Golf Club Peewee LL1 team earned their first win of the season in convincing fashion against Coldwater on Oct 26th at home.  They worked together as a team combining great defense with good puck movement to take the win.

Our season began on Sunday, October 14 with a game against Midland 2 in Midland. Without having had a practice as a team at this point, the boys and Emily quickly came together to come back from a 3-0 score to end the game in a 4-4 tie.
