We are honoured to have Chris Bigras, a former Elmvale Coyote player, join us. Chris started his hockey journey right here in Elmvale and later played AAA in Barrie. He was drafted to the OHL in the second round to Owen Sound and represented Team Canada in the World Juniors and U18 World Championship. Chris was then drafted in the second round to the Colorado Avalanche in the NHL draft, where he played 46 NHL games. His professional hockey career spanned 8 years, including time in the AHL, DEL, and KHL.Chris will be with us on Saturday to perform the puck drop for the Elmvale LL#2 game!
