Atom Age Group Mid Season Coaching Evaluations
**** Please all Atom Age Parents ****

We are looking into different ways to complete our year end coaching evaluations.

We have chosen the Atom age group to test the online form through the EMHA website for a couple reasons, it is our largest group this season and we have teams competing at all three levels Rep, AE and Local League.

Please take a few minutes to fill out the survey, they are anonymous, there is a comments section, please add any comments regarding your players experience as well as your experience with the coaching staffs that were not covered in the survey questions.
