Permission To Skates and Non-Resident Passports (NRP)
Any players who are interested in trying out for a AAA, AA, or A team outside of Elmvale Minor Hockey are required to obtain a Permission to Skate (for AAA) or an NRP (for AA or A) from the registrar prior to tryouts.

Each player is allowed to receive one permission to skate for a AAA center and one NRP (player will need to determine if they are trying out for AA or A, but can not tryout for both).

If this applies to you, please send your request through email to Sherry Hall at [email protected] with the following information:

Permission To Skate - Player’s name, date of birth, address, the year the player began living at current residence, team he/she played on last year, and the team he/she is trying out for.

NRP - Player’s name, date of birth, and the team he/she is trying out for.

***As soon as OMHA opens up permission to skates for this upcoming season, all requests will be processed and sent via email.
